Supreme Polished Concrete Floors

We transform the existing concrete surface with a multi-step mechanical and chemical treatment process, producing a wear & stain resistant finish that is smooth, shiny and long-lasting. It consists of progressively finer diamond tooling, using industrial grinders with HEPA filtration. In addition, penetrating chemical treatments are applied to strengthen and densify the surface of the floor surface. Other chemical operations may also be performed during the process depending on the condition of the floor and desired results. No topical coatings are used to produce a Supreme Polished Concrete Floor.

Pricing

Polished concrete is one of the best bargains in the flooring industry today. Pricing for a Supreme Concrete Floor range from $2 to $10 per square foot. The following are some variables that affect our pricing:

Size of floor – Larger projects will lower the price per square foot. Projects under 500 SF will substantially increase prices.
Configuration of floor- Projects with large open spaces like industrial or commercial floors, will be less costly compared to projects with many small spaces where there is an increase in edging and corner work.
Condition of floor – How flat is it? How much glue and adhesive is there to remove? Are there cracks, spalls and other imperfections that need to be patched?
Concept / Scope of Work – Ground, honed or polished finish? Is this a basic application or will there be the addition of decorative work; color, engraving, etc. Are joints and sawcuts to be filled?
Work Schedule – Will floor be finished before walls are installed? Is it possible to complete first grind before walls are installed? Project expediency requests, such as overnight and overtime work, will increase your overall expenditure.
